Shipping Destinations:

We currently ship to customers in Canada and the United States. Regrettably, we do not offer international shipping outside of these regions at this time.

Shipping Methods:

We primarily use Canada Post for shipping your orders. Occasionally, we may utilize other reliable carriers, and if so, we'll handle the switch without notice to ensure the best delivery experience for you. If Canada Post is on strike or having other issues, alternative curriers will be used. 

Processing Time:

Orders typically have a processing time of 1-3 business days before they are shipped. Please note that custom, pre-order, and select items may have different processing times, so check the product details for specific information.

Expedited Shipping:

For those who can't wait to get their hands on our whimsical creations, we offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee. You can choose this option during checkout.

Shipping Costs:

We use calculated shipping fees for your convenience. Feel free to check the shipping costs during the checkout process.

Duties and Tariffs:

Duties, import fees, and tariffs are the responsibility of the buyer. CUSMA exemption forms will be submitted when applicable to alleviate tariff costs, but are not guaranteed. We deeply apologize for this inconvenience to our American customers.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Within Canada: Expect your order to arrive within 4-14 days when using standard letter mail.
  • To the United States: Anticipate delivery within approximately 5-14 days.
  • Please note that letter mail to the United States can take up to 4 weeks.

Tracking Information:

Items shipped via standard letter mail are untracked. If you prefer to have tracking, you can upgrade your shipping during checkout. You can also reach out to us for clarification on tracking for your specific order.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

In the unfortunate event of lost or damaged shipments, we will provide refunds or replacements only when proof is provided. Each case will be assessed individually, and we reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement.

Returns and Exchanges:

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us. We're here to assist you!
